Shoreham Towers 1 7D vacation Condo Rental in a great North Myrtle Beach, SC location, super pool and picnic grounds between the building and beach.

-This unit has a king in the master, a single and queen in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom and two full baths.

-The max is seven.

-We rent to families over age of 25 (kids are fine) as 70% of the building has permanent residents or used as second homes.

-7 beach chairs and two 9 foot umbrellas. 

-Computer with high speed internet access.

Check in is after 2:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM

-Please confirm with an email if you want the condo.

-Remit 50% of rent in the next 7 days and the balance by 30 days prior to your stay.

- 7 beach chairs and 2 9' umbrellas are included in our rates.

-Linens and towels are available through our cleaning service - beds made for $140 per visit.

-No smoking in Condo and Condo grounds

- NO PETS

- NO MOTORCYCLES in the parking area around the building, we have a large lot across the street that's fine for a bike, boat, etc..

-No large SUV and trucks in garage under the building, HOA RULE.
